Bronze Construction Services was chosen to perform a full residential remodel located in the city of Lake Oswego, Oregon. It is a 2 story, 5 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath residence in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.

The plan for the main living areas of the house was to open up various walls to create a more open atmosphere. Other notable design aspects included a metal roof that would last longer than traditional roofs. Spray insulation and air circulation fans in the attic that will allow better control of temperatures in the summer and winter months. Installation of an electric car charger in the garage.
